SAMI (right) and EMILY are a very cute pair. Sami is a 6 1/2 year old sable and white, spayed female, mostly Sheltie. We are sure there is some breed with a very round head in her background a few generations ago. Emily is a sweet 9 year old, sable and white spayed female Sheltie. These girls are in rescue because their owners were moving somewhere that they couldn't take them.

Sami currently weighs 23 pounds but she needs to lose 10 pounds. She is hypothyroid and now that we have started her on the inexpensive medication she needs it shouldn't take too long for her to lose the weight and re-grow her hair that had previously been shaved. When we cleaned Sami's teeth she did lose several but she still eats well.

Emily is the same height as Sami but her weight is perfect at 13 pounds. She has had her teeth cleaned and did not lose any.

Sami and Emily are always very close to each other. They sleep right next to each other and follow each other around the yard. They are really hoping they can find a home where they can stay together.

This great pair are house broken, get along with other dogs and don't mind cats. They are quiet and shy. They are not comfortable around loud noises or fast movements. They will do best in a quiet adult only home. They are both very easy to groom and don't mind brushing, bathing or blow drying. If you have room in your home and heart for two little sweeties Sami and Emily would love to meet you.
